Wawrinka and Azarenka given U.S. Open wildcards

Former Grand Slam champions Victoria Azarenka, Svetlana Kuznetsova and Stan Wawrinka headlined the list of players given wildcards into this year's U.S. Open, the U.S. Tennis Association said on Tuesday.
